Booking Information

Before requesting a booking, please see the following information.


All bookings are to be made on a request basis, no booking is confirmed until you receive a booking confirmation stating a booking number.

VideoScene reserve the right to cancel a booking, and reeserve the right to decline a booking for any reason.

By requesting a booking you accept the following.

• 1/ Videoscene assumes no liability for the content you provide/wish covered.
• 2/ You accept liability for copyright of any material you wish to be recorded/broadcast.
• 3/ You assume full liability for the safe operating location for videoscene.
• 4/ You will do your best to assist us to be in the right location to capture the best output for your event.
• 5/ You will communicate to us prior to the event to outline the programme and your expectations.
• 6/ You will ensure all attendees are notified the event is to be recorded / Streamed / broadcast
• 7/ You will help us where necessary to get the best for you.
• 8/ Videoscene assumes no liability of loss due to transmission networks / video hosting services.
• 9/ You will provide an adequate (70 day) notice period when booking events.
• 10/ You agree to meet reasonable data charges where your event is remote or broadband data connection is not available..
• 11/ You agree to pay a deposit of $500.00 withing 48 hours of your booking (details to be provided on the submission of your booking) Note 1..
• 12/ Force Majure: if for any reason the event is cancelled you agree to meet all non refundable expenses incurred by Videoscene.
